Why should I donate to NE CONTACT?

Northeast CONTACT is America's oldest and most respected grassroots consumer organization of its type. Since 1972, we have built bridges of cooperation between consumers and providers, mediated thousands of disputes, sponsored consumer education programs, and promoted responsible consumerism. We have done so without government funds as a membership supported non profit utilizing volunteer workers to keep operational costs low. We are justifiably proud of our record as a frugal and effective alternative to costly and ineffective government programs.

Your generous financial contributions and membership in our organization are very important to us to be able to continue the work at hand. There is a growing need to protect our homes and offices from fraud, inform the population, and prepare our young people to be responsible consumers.
